Instructions
  1. Mix the oats & water together in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir & repeat. Stir & repeat again.
  2. Stir in protein & ground flaxseed, top with raisins & enjoy. Happy #gymkitchen eating!
