Ingredients
  • 1 whole beet raw or 1/2 cup canned or frozen beets with no added sugar or salt
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder low carb (ie. 10g carbs or less per serving preferred)
  • 1 cup cranberry juice with no added sugar
  • 1 cup water optional (as much as you like...or not)
Servings: person
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients into your Vitamix/Nutribullet...add as much H2O or ice as you'd like for consistency
  2. Enjoy!
