Grilled Salmon and Peach Salad

  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 grilled peach (or fresh)
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 Tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar* (or light salad dressing)
  • 2 4oz grilled salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash original seasoning
  1. Salmon can be baked according to package instructions, BUT do not add oil. Season with Mrs. Dash Caribbeanor original seasoning.
  2. Toss the greens, peaches, blue cheese, and cranberries in a bowl with salad dressing.
  3. Top with grilled salmon.
